Hope for Heart Yogathon

February is officially “Heart” month and time for our annual Hope for Hearts Yogathon in support of the SickKids Exercise Medicine Program. The annual Yogathon is one of Hope for Hearts’ signature events and will feature special guest yoga instructors leading us through two hours of yoga practice. There will be raffle prizes, gifts, photos and fun!
