Patrons are permitted to purchase two (2) accessible seats for an event, one accessible and one companion.
All service animals are welcomed. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase if a seat is required for your service animal.

Accessible seating is available throughout all of our spaces for any type of rental. Our team will work with you on large-scale events to determine where accessible seating locations best fit based on the stage location or show areas.

All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any accessibility needs you may have that require accommodation.
Guests who require accessible seating but mistakingly purchased tickets in a non-accessible area will be accommodated to the best of our ability. If possible, please call ahead to speak with the box office manager at 416-598-5970 to discuss options.
If you require companion seating, one adjacent companion seat is available to be purchased.
Our Guest Services Team is available to help with any inquiries during major events.
Services provided include the following: reuniting lost patrons; transportation information; emergency assistance; ticket inquiries; collecting and returning lost and found items; storing wheelchairs/strollers and registering guests in case of emergency “Guest Finder”.
There are two (2) elevators available inside the building, both at the main entrance on Carlton Street, that provide access to all 4 (four) levels of the building. There are also escalators on all levels of the building, located at the south end of each level.
All washroom facilities are wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessible all-gender washrooms are located on all levels. Baby change tables are conveniently located in the all-gender washrooms.
Drinking fountains are located throughout Mattamy Athletic Centre and are all wheelchair accessible.

If you require wheelchair seating, please inform the ticket seller or phone operator at the time of purchase. Mattamy Athletic Centre does have a limited stock of wheelchairs that are used for transportation purposes only, i.e.. to and from your seat in case of sudden injury.
All permanent concession stands on the 4th level are at an accessible height. Furthermore, the café/concession on the 2nd level is also at an accessible height.
Although Mattamy Athletic Centre does not have a parking lot, we suggest the use of one of the parking lots located on Wood street one block North of the entrance of the building. It is recommended to arrive early to secure parking.
Medical First Responders are present for every event and are available to assist patrons with accessible needs. Once you arrive at the building, inform your Mattamy Athletic Centre Box Office in the 1st-floor lobby, that you require a wheelchair and we will assist you to your seat and pick you up after the event. You can also check-in at the Guest Services table, located at the entrance of the West Concourse just outside sections W2 and W3, and they will gladly get you wheelchair assistance.
We will gladly store your Wheelchair or Walker during an event. Please contact Guest Services at either the Mattamy Athletic Centre Box Office in the 1st floor lobby, or at the Guest Services table, located at the entrance of the West Concourse just outside sections W2 and W3. Your Wheelchair or Walker will be stored until the end of the event to eliminate congestion in the seating areas.
